Got kids? There is a tot lot at the end of Hutchison Grove Court. Have some fun and meet other kids and parents. And look for the Secret Garden on Marshall Heights Court, at the back near Tysons Glen.
Fall Hey Day: Every fall we gather for wine (for the adults), snacks, face painting, and moon bouncing (for the kids). Notice of the date is sent by email.
Association Assessments: Payments are due quarterly (January, April, July and October). The fee includes landscaping of front/side yards and the common areas, snow removal, and trash/recycling collection. In addition, association fees cover the ongoing cost for maintaining and replacing street asphalt, sidewalks, retaining walls, doggy stations, street lights and other common property items. You are encouraged to sign up for the automatic withdrawal option which eliminates the need to send quarterly checks and avoids risking late fees. See the FirstService tab for additional information.
Mail Service: Mailbox clusters are located on each street. Be sure to obtain your mailbox number and key from the previous homeowner. When you have a package, the USPS leaves a key in your box. That key (with a corresponding box number) will remain stuck in the box door once you remove your package, to be used again. This keeps the keys from disappearing. Each bank of mailboxes also has an outgoing slot for mailing letters.
Disclosure Packet: A resale disclosure packet was provided to you prior to closing. Please become familiar with this information as it contains the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Guidelines, and the associations financial statements.
