Quarterly Assessments
Association assessments (i.e. dues) are $260.33 payable quarterly.
Due dates are the first of the month in Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct. Assessments
fees cover property management items like grounds maintenance, snow and trash
removal. The operating budget outlines where the money is allocated,
and can be retrieved here.
Invoices are sent out each quarter for homeowners to remit
payment. Payments should be sent to the following address:

Assessment payments can be made via automatic withdrawal
from your checking account. To take advantage of this time saver, submit
